One of the main objectives of Illinois Heat Volleyball is to help the athletes determine challenging but achievable goals for the season and to meet those goals. Players will have goals that vary from, learning to overhand serve to learning to jump serve, or from learning how to play volleyball to making the A-team at their school. Whatever the goal, the teams will be designed and coached to allow the players to meet those goals.
